Same day delivery is availiable for orders placed by noon (Eastern Time)

Please call our shop for all international orders. Sorry for any inconvience, but we are unable to accept international orders on this website.

When the recipient is not home their door will be tagged with a note and/ or a message will be left on an answering machine. When the recipient returns our call a delivery time will be set up.

On occasion, the order may be left with a neighbor. In this case the recipients door will be tagged with a note as to the where abouts of their delivery.

Inclement weather:

Due to the area we live in there may be times when the weather conditions are not safe for our driver to be out on the roads, especially the roads in the more rual areas. In the case of inclement weather conditions the order will be delivered as soon as the weather permits, in some cases this may be the next day or two.

Hospital Deliveries:

It is the policy of CVPH that all deliveries are to be made between the hours of 12 noon and 3:00pm. The orders are left with the hospital volunteers who in turn bring the orders to the correct location within the hospital.

College Dorm Deliveries:

Nelson's Flower Shop staff do NOT enter the dorm buildings at any time.

Due to the busy schedule of college students, the student will be called before the order is created. At this time we will obtain when a delivery will be able to be made, based on their schedule. The driver will also call the student before leaving the shop to make the delivery, the student will meet the driver outside the dorm building.
